If a triangle appears next to an input or output, it means it has no contact with a global variable in CoDeSys with the corresponding name. Note that not all inputs and outputs need to have a triangle.

Solutions

Check that the PLC parameters are correct
See that the variables are declared and with 100% correct name
See that the variables are not double-declared
See that the "Support OPC UA features" parameter is enabled
Delete and add a new Symbol Configuration object

Check that the PLC parameters are correct

Has it worked for you before but no longer? Load a working system and record what settings this PLC has.

Compare with the non-working system's PLC parameters.

Make sure the variables are declared and with exactly the right name

Make sure that all variables are declared in your GVL.

Make sure the names match 100%.

Make sure the variables are not duplicated

The variables should only appear under GVL (see Troubleshooting CoDeSys: There are x variables which are not ....).
